Jason Schmidt

Jason brings a varied background to the creative space. Having studied classical guitar during his undergraduate studies while working in recording studios and live venues to pay his way through school, Jason's work today borrows from that experience and is rooted in both the creative and technical. 

He oversees all production operation and technical installations overseen by Platform Creators and designs execution strategies for brand and content development. 

Parallel to Platform Creators, Jason serves as the President and Qualifying Broker within the Stockworth portfolio of real estate companies. He holds one of the industry’s highest professional designations, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), is a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, and has overseen over $1 billion in real estate sales and equity placement.

For over 15 years, Jason has advised real estate and business clients ranging from fortune level executives to celebrities in both residential and commercial market sectors. He is a recognized industry expert in valuation, real estate economic and econometric application, and real estate operating structure. 

Jason’s role within the Platform Creators and Stockworth portfolio is to ensure superior industry positioning while generating meaningful metrics with actionable plans that are deployed by practitioners and business partners.

Jason’s passions include family, video & music production and fitness. He is a career creative, real estate practitioner, and is dedicated to helping shape the future and raise the professional standards of the real estate industry and to provide measurable plans upon which his business partners may act.
